The Statement of Work(s), project, letter of intent, or other document ("SOW") that is signed between Vraja Technologies or any of its affiliates [named in the SOW] ("Consultant/Consultant") and the customer in order to provide professional services ("Services") or deliverables ("Deliverable") for software development and consulting will be governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Vraja Technologies and the Customer agree that the total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the fees paid for the services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations apply even if any limited remedy fails to fulfill its essential purpose.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we strive to deliver our services with reasonable care and skill, we cannot guarantee that our services will meet your specific needs, be error-free, or operate without interruptions.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content provided through our services. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. You must buy items and software solutions from us or the Odoo app store in order to utilize them; you cannot buy them from a third party.

Policy for Cancellations and Refunds:

Our goal at Vraja Technologies is to give our clients the best possible services. We provide a cancellation and refund policy in the event that you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason, subject to the following terms and conditions:


Refund Requests: 

Please get in touch with us by phone or email to start a refund request. Your request will receive a response from us in 2-5 business days.


Refund Processing Time: 

If your request satisfies the requirements listed below, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving it. The original payment method will be used to issue the refund.


Refund Requirements:

In the following situations, we will give a refund:


  • Before the job has started and the money has been received, the customer cancels the service order.
  • If the payment has already been made and we are unable to create the specifications outlined in the project requirements.
  • The problem relates to a bug that hasn't been resolved in the allocated time.
  • A feature that is promoted on the app description page is absent from the module.


No Refunds: 

In the following situations, we do not provide refunds:

  • After the project has started, the customer cancels the service order.
  • The client does not supply the information or assistance needed to finish the assignment.
  • The application's or our work's source code has been altered by the seller or client.
  • The client does not supply the information or assistance needed to fix problems that continue to arise with the acquired application.
  • The assertion relates to a novel feature that was not covered in the module's description or in the correspondence with the client.
  • After the claim, we were able to resolve a bug in the module.
  • Although the module functions effectively, it does not meet the unique needs of the customer.
  • The client bought the incorrect version of the database application.
